I have to agree with the no seasoning in the meat an onion was a bit strange I would definitely add taco seasoning :)or at least salt an pepper,,, I would like some chilli in there as well

My wife has made this for years...But she puts monterey jack cheese in the meat after it browns. So it gets all gooey meaty cheesy goodness. And cheddar on top after rolling them up. Oh my...so bad but so so good
