Feb 21, 2013 9:53 AMeasier scrambled eggs:: break two eggs into a cereal bowl (check for shell chips), splash a little milk, salt, pepper, into bowl, put into microwave, cook halfway, remove, fold over (I add leftover meat pieces, maybe some blue cheese salad dressing), cut up with fork or just cook for an omelet, cook to finish. For children, add a spoonful of jam before folding the omelet over. If you have a pretty girl waiting in your bed, add two glasses of half champagne and half orange juice to her bed tray, buttered toast (hey, this works great), and coffee for yourself. I sometimes add some potatoes, precooked, just heated, on the side.
