I poach my eggs in a small butter dish covered by a saucer for a little over a minute in the microwave!! Delicious, Then I put them on a piece of toast!! :o)

I never add vinegar or salt to the water. Also, I turn off the water after sliding in the eggs and cover the pan for a few minutes. My poached eggs are the best! (IMHO!!)
