Feb 21, 2013 9:13 AMadd to poached eggs:: I use old, little, mushroom cans, cut both top and bottom out, place can in saucepan, bring water 3/4 up, heat to bubbles. Break egg into cereal bowl to remove shell chips, pour egg close into can and pour carefully, turn heat down. After egg(s) solid white, remove can with pair of pliers, remove egg with slotted spoon, add extra white from water. I add black pepper, eat with bread. I just ate one for breakfast. In the rinsed cereal bowl.
