Mar 29, 2013 6:31 PMI followed the video's directions with success. It worked. I had trouble when it came to slicing. The nuts are cut in half - most of the time. The next time I need sliced almonds I will buy them.

Feb 17, 2013 9:53 PMI followed the video's directions with no success. Right away, I boiled more water and instead of pouring the boiling water over the almonds, I put the almonds into the boiling water (for one minute). Then I pour the almonds into my strainer and washed them with cold water. IT WORKED! :D
