I made these scones for an open house and everyone wanted the recipe. They said they were the most moist scones they had ever tasted. I gave them your website and told them they had to watch the video in order for them to turn out good. A couple of ideas though. I cut the scones in half again to make bite size pieces for the party. This recipe was so easy, I made 5 batches in 2 hours and 15 minutes including baking them. After the second batch I had it down to 15 minutes prep instead of 25. I laid out all my ingredients so they were all right there. Left the butter in the fridge prepped and ready to go. I also bought a large can of pumpkin. It was actually fun and had a few left over to eat with my cinnamon apple tea the next morning. Cant wait to try your buttermilk biscuit recipe. Oh and I loved the humor in your video about the knife cut on the scone. I did the same thing and laughed!!!!!

Can you freeze the pumpkin scones before you bake them?
