This is almost the same recipe of PB Balls I give out at Christmas. The only difference is I replace the rice crispies with crush salted peanuts and coat in both milk and dark chocolate and I definitely use parchment paper to finish. Mmmm Mmmm!

My recipe is a little different. No rice crispies, just pb, butter and powdered sugar. They come out smooth and heavenly. The white drizzle can be achieved by melting a few white chocolate discs and drizzling over the top of the balls after the dipping chocolate is set. I also drizzle dark or milk chocolate on white pb balls.

I make many of these every Christmas. I find the easiest to cool them on is parchment paper. They never get stuck.
