Chiclet Mary's Meatloaf is delicious. My comment is be sure to bake it the full 2 hours even if you have to turn the oven heat down the last 30 minutes. Otherwise, the onions will still be a bit crunchy. Having low vision I may have chopped my onions a bit too large. Also the delicious glaze needs the 2 hours as well. Thank you for this recipe.

I added 2 tablespoons of sofrito for latin flavor with green peas and carrots and it came out delicious. My family loved it. I'm going to use this again for thanksgiving.

I have been cooking for many years. This receipe is almost what I learned over 60 years ago from a Community Center. It was the first receipe I ever made. Ketchup and mustard is always in the hamburg mix. Also, using my hands is the best way to mix many recipes. The soaps for sanitizing today make my hands cleaner then any wooden spoon can get cleaned
