I never would have thought that a vegatable lasagna would taste so good. I decide to add this dish to my daughters birthday party buffet it was a hit everyone at the party loved it. all my friends was asking me for the recipe, so i told them that it as not my recipe i found it on allrecipe.com

Hi everyone. After reading some of the comments, I wanted to let ya know what I add to my veggie lasagna. I always use fresh baby spinach, carrots, zucchini, onions, garlic as my veggies. No meat at all. Usually I shred carrots & zucchini & tear up baby spinach. I do add Mushrooms also. The first time I made a veggie lasagna, never mention to my family it was different. They loved it & ask for me to make again & again! I also made for my whole in law family once, it was a big hit! This type of recipe has taught me to don't knock it til you try it. I haven't tried this Heart Veg Lasagna recipe, yet, but I've added to my recipe box. Thanks!

I would like to add one more layer of noodles after the last layer of ricotta mixture and then add the rest of the sauce Parm cheese and mozzarella It makes a lasagna that stays together better and give a better bang for the buck. so cook 15 and use 5 noodle a layer or cook 18 noodles and use 6 noodles a layer and have thicker layer of noodles
