They should not be boiled, but just "dancing" before you turn off the heat, and leave them on the element for 17 minutes, then pour off the hot water and pour cold water over. Leave for 20 minutes, then they will peel like a dream and not show any grey on the yolk......

Mar 22, 2013 8:16 PMYou should watch one of your other video's on how to boil an egg. IT WORKS and you don't get torn pieces from the egg such as you see in this video. Also if you are looking at the bacon it isn't torn up small enough to be evenly distributed throughout the yolk mixture. I noticed a black hue on the yolk and the difficulty in removing it, also watch your site's own video on how to boil an egg and this problem would be solved. Add salt, dash of pepper and some paprika on the top for accent and what kind of mustard was it you were using?
