Thanks for the great video! However, with French bread you need to steam your bread while baking it. This will give the bread a hard,crunchy exterior while keeping the interior soft. This is what makes bread French bread. :)

Heck, the music was just fine for what is being shown, and once you've tasted them (I used about 60% whole wheat flour)you'll forget there was music at all. You can actually get about 20 biscuits out of it if you don't make them quite as large.
