May 21, 2013 2:13 PMyes i did not brown the garlic so much that it becomes bitter. and so it did not mess up the dressing when i added that garlic into it.

May 21, 2013 2:12 PMThis came out delicious. i did not have anchovies and used sardines. i looked up another substitute and happen to have fish sauce which has anchovie in it. so used some of that. I also did not waste the cooked garlic that is discarded for the croutons. I chopped that up and added to the dressing. It is better than going to the oOlive Garden.
