I followed the recipe exactly, an hour is to long - the chicken was dry and the stuffing was bland - I do wish I would have read other comments before cooking because I believe it would have been more appetizing

Can I use something other than spinach? I don't like spinach. Thank You.

I browned this in a cast iron pan with olive oil in the pan about 4 minutes on each side before placing in oven. Used two slices of bacon. Also placed foil over most of pan. Did not use tooth pick as the bacon held in place on its own. This turned out great. Maybe add some mushrooms?
