I've been making this sauce for years, minus the garlic powder. For a lower-fat alternative, substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream -- low fat or even fat free. I also like to add extra dill, and occasionally some capers too. I usually make it with a better fish though, like salmon. Still looking for a recipe that disguises the 'flavor' of tilapia...

I used a better fish 4 this recipe ! Like redfish or snapper, and no need for salt or pepper ,as cajun seasoning is 30 % salt & 20% Peppers ..unless u just like Salt.. Try a bit of fresh or prepared horseradish in the Dill sauce .. PS u can easly use dry dill too
