this recipe had too much bread crumbs in ratio to salmon..Next time I will gradually add crumbs to taste more salmon. Possible 1/2 cup. I did simmer the green onions with chopped green peppers in butter and lemon juice to soften them before adding into bread crumbs. I used poached salmon as suggested in recipe . I served them with the cream sauce from Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken Allrecipes.com. combination was good.
