Slow Cooker Red Curry Beef Pot Roast

Plays: 37525

In this video, you’ll see how to make a beef pot roast with red curry in the slow cooker. This is what happens when you cross the flavors of Southeast Asia with the American Midwest. Extreme deliciousness. A little red curry paste, cumin, coconut milk, fish sauce, and coriander lay the flavor base for this slightly exotic comfort food. The meat cooks low and slow for about 8 hours until fork tender. To finish the dish, you’ll simmer potatoes and greens in the sauce before digging into this amazing one-pot dinner. of course you would switch the kale for the BokChoy(what he used was actually called pe-chai),which would have been delicious if he put it in for 5 minutes. Cooking the bok choy as long as the potatoes totally ruined it whereas kale is quite rugged and can be cooked that long. The veggies in the Bok Choy family are quite delicate, otherwise I could taste that dish right thru the screen masarap!
