Oct 11, 2012 6:15 PMI purchased an acorn squash for the first time and was looking for an easy recipe and stumbled onto your video. I appreciated the step-by-step instructions and pace of the video. I prepared the squash as directed and they were absolutely delicious! (I didn't have any maple syrup so I used white corn syrup instead.) Thank you! Gonna fix this for Thanksgiving.

Jul 8, 2012 6:53 AMI used pinapple juice instead of orange juice. Also I did not have maple syrup, so I used molasses instead. Hope it turns out well!
