Hello Allrecipe Friends, I am extending a "Heartfelt" thank you to those who offer low sodium and low fat ingredient substutions. It is almost impossible to order healthy soups or entrees in restaurants. The only way to avoid the deadly pitfalls of salt and saturated fat is to eat at home. As an aging Babyboomer, I am a victim of self-inflicted poor food choices. It's never too late ! I now have weight and other vitals in a healthy range. I wish everyone happy and healthy years. Toops

Instead of egg can I use Greek yogurt? I have a family member that is allergic to eggs

I agree with conneee - Way too much sodium. I make my own soup/au jus mix and use low-sodium beef broth and low-sodium, fat-free cream of mushroom soup.
