This was absolutely delicious! Made it for supper, and my husband and I nearly ate the whole pan -- soooo good:) I did add the tomatoes and chopped onion to the chicken mixture as suggested on the video, and I also added some chopped green pepper. Very, very good. The flavor of the corn tortillas was perfect with this combination of ingredients. I did use a mix of monterey jack and cheddar cheese for just a touch more flavor on top. Definitely a 5 star recipe in my book.
