A simple béchamel sauce and Parmesan cheese top the stuffed shells. Then it’s just a quick bake in the oven. Serve this as a side dish with some Italian sausage. Nov 20, 2011 10:44 AMI love cooking with leftovers. Chef John is right - it doesn't matter how it turns out have fun and experiment. If you had a few leftover cocktail shrimps I bet they'd be great chopped up and added in.
