Yes, this is a great recipe. It is the recipe for what we Greeks call Kolokithiakeftethes. Yes, it is a mouthful but this dish is VERY old and has been enjoyed by Greeks since ancient times." Kolokithia " means squash, including zucchini and "Ketfethethes" indicates the means of pan cooking a ground medium like meat, pumpkin or any vegetable.
