Great recipe for gumbo can't wait to try it

All the authentic gumbo I've eaten in Louisiana was served with a little rice in the bottom of a big bowl. I've made a similar recipe and yes, it freezes well. I strongly recommend trying several recipes for gumbo to find your favorite. But the soup has to have roux!
