Here is the recipe. 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, 1 onion,diced, 2T.butter, 1/2t. tarragon, 1/2t.italian herbs, 1t.black pepper, 2 1/2t.salt, 1/2c. ketchup, 3/4c. buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1c. plain breadcrumbs 1T. Worcestershire, 1t. hot sauce, Glaze: 1/4c. brown sugar, 1T. Dijon, 1t. cider vinegar.
