Feb 23, 2013 8:25 PMBad advice on the marinade brushed onto chicken. I have always heard that is not supposed to be done. Yes if it's done early on it will reach high temp but he never says that. Boiling I've even been told isn't good enough but that doesn't make sense. But bottom line, make two batches but throw the marinade from the chickens away. Err on side of caution. Now 45,000+ people could be doing the same thing he did.
