Country Tuna Noodle Casserole

Plays: 21321

In this video, you’ll see how to make an award-winning tuna noodle casserole. It starts with a simple white sauce, starring red onions sautéed in Country Crock spread and simmered with milk and sour cream. Next, canned tuna combines with the secret ingredient, diced jalapenos, along with peas and egg noodles, for a simple, satisfying casserole. Top it with cheese and pop it in the oven. This is a one-pot wonder the whole family will love!

ONE POT WONDER? That title got me interested, BUT (excluding all the little bowls for ingredients: you have to use a skillet for sauce + sauce pan for pre-cooking the egg noodles + mixing bowl + baking dish? Nothing against the recipe, just the misleading headline. BTW, the written recipe @ www.countrycrock.com does not make the one pot claim.

I guess you could substitute the tuna for ham or kielbasa
