Why would you want to choke a decent piece of meat. I use a little EVO salt and pepper and toss it on the grill. Sear it for 3-4 minutes on both sides. move them to indirect heat for 3-4 minutes while you arrange your presentation and voila............a baked potatoe and small salad, your favorite drink and you done..

This is an excellent marinade. It's so flavorful and has ingredients I always have at home. Like others I marinaded a full 24 hours before grilling...in my case a London broil. It came out great. This recipe is a keeper!

I've read all of the comments about this steak marinade and tried it two days ago, on NY strip steaks, let the steaks marinade for 24 hrs, my family loved it. OMG! The steak was juicy and had great flavor. This will be my go to recipe for steaks from now on!
