Wonderful! Very quick and easy plus clean-up is a snap. This makes a flavorful and satisfying meal when paired with green vegetable. I trimmed excess skin and fat and drained 1/2 of the juices at the 45 minute point which didn't seem to hurt anything. If you want the skin a bit crispy as I do, just baste about every five minutes or so during the last 15 minutes of cooking and let bake an extra five minutes. This recipe is a keeper and I'll certainly make it again.

Try using convection oven and it will be done in about 40-45 minutes
