Pan-Roasted Halibut with Mushroom Butter Sauce

This video shows you how to make pan-roasted halibut fillets with clamshell mushrooms in a lemon-butter sauce. It only requires a few ingredients: halibut, mushrooms, lemon juice, and parsley! Oh, and a little butter and olive oil. If you think you can’t make fish, here’s the recipe for you. You’ll simply sauté the mushrooms in the butter and olive oil, and then sear the halibut in the pan. When the fish is done, you’ll deglaze the pan with a splash of water. Lemon juice, chopped Italian parsley, and a little butter will round out the sauce deliciously.
