I have a question: is it 2 tablespoons of salt? or 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 of pepper? I used 2 of salt and it was way too salty ... sad. The rest of ingredients made a really good mix but nothing extraordinary.

Its not really for me; way too many spices. I would just use the egg wash, light flour and panko bread crumbs and then put it in the oven. or just deep fry it.
