Jun 2, 2013 6:30 AMOne of the best dry rub recipes as well as cooking techniques ever. Made these ribs for my niece's graduation as it was over 90 degrees high humidity - and they were delicious.

May 29, 2013 12:31 AMI followed the cooking technique exactly, but with a rub made from whatever I had in the cupboard, and whatever BBQ sauce I had in the fridge. They turned out perfectly, not dry or tough or stuck to the bone like "Bob" said. I probably cooked them a bit too long, though, because the meat fell off the bones partially when I was cutting them apart.
