Nov 28, 2012 3:39 PMhavn't tried this bread yet,but i am well aware of altitude when baking. i am 3800 above sea level and would also like to make the appropiate changes before i try.

Oct 17, 2012 5:15 PMUnfortunately, I have tried this recipe exactly as stated many, many times, and only twice has it worked. I thought it was the humidity of Georgia until I moved to Arizona... now I'm wondering if it's the altitude? We are about a mile above sea level, and although I follow every step precisely, my dough simply comes out wet and sticky.... no matter how much flour i add. Any suggestions for maybe the altitude?
