I'd like to use canola oil instead of margarine or butter in a lemon cake which calls for 4 ounces or 500 gram of margarine. How much oil is the equivalent? Thank you! Leandra

Thank you for your excellent cooking oil video, with one correction... vegetable oils and non expeller pressed canola oils are very unhealthy and should be avoided. Toxic chemicals are used to separate the oil from the vegetables or seeds, then heated to high temperatures causing disease contributing oxidation during processing. Look for expeller pressed or cold pressed on the ingredient label. It's more expensive but better than eating toxic bad fats in disguise. Thanks!
