Dec 17, 2012 7:32 AMThank you for your excellent cooking oil video, with one correction... vegetable oils and non expeller pressed canola oils are very unhealthy and should be avoided. Toxic chemicals are used to separate the oil from the vegetables or seeds, then heated to high temperatures causing disease contributing oxidation during processing. Look for expeller pressed or cold pressed on the ingredient label. It's more expensive but better than eating toxic bad fats in disguise. Thanks!
