To eileen614: What a great tip about putting the pits back in the guacamole while storing in the frig.! Can't wait to try it. your recipe sounds like mine except I usually put more garlic and jalapeno, we like it hot!

Save the pits from the avocados: after you've made the guacamole place a couple of the pits back into the guacamole. It prevents it from turning brown. Also instead of cayenne, I mince a jalapeno, I remove all the seeds and take the membrane out and its pretty mild.YUM!!! :-) If you want it a little extra creamy, throw a spoonful of sour cream YUM YUM!! :-)
