Combine 1 can jellied cranberry sauce ½ cup dry white wine Tablespoon lemon juice Cook medium heat, stir constantly until it is smooth and cranberry the sauce melts Rinse hens in cold water, pat dry Put salt and pepper, rosemary sprigs into body cavities Close cavities, secure with toothpicks Place hens breast side up in a lightly greased shallow baking pan Brush hens with cranberry mixture, get it everywhere Season with salt/pepper Bake 350 degrees, 45 min While baking, baste frequently with cranberry sauce Serve hens drizzled with an extra bit of sauce
