Hello. Too much from Texas. Yes on the flour tortillas. This is a good recipe, not the one I use but close. Want authentic? Gripes from Texas- make your own tortillas, use various peppers for spice and Mexican cheeses, then criticize. Like I wrote, this is a good recipe.
