Duck Fat Steak Fries
In this video, you’ll see how to make amazing home fries with green garlic cooked in just a bit of duck fat. This is one of the most delicious ways to make fried potatoes. Why’s it so good? The duck fat, of course. Here, Chef John uses a bit of chopped duck skin to render the fat into a skillet, reserving the crisped bits of duck for later!
