This sounds, and looks, really good. It's also 5PM an I've not eaten yet today. But Question: Am I the only one in the world who prefers tomatoes with the juice. I like the juice. donr

This recipe sounds just like my Pico de Gallo except for the mint. I never thought of trying cherry tomatoes, I usually use plum tomatoes. Will have to try the cherry...Thanks for the tip Juan.
