The dish is quite hot so it didn't allow the fine flavors in the waffles to shine through. This really makes a nice change out for starches in the meal. You are correct about how these smell wonderful while cooking!

Apr 11, 2013 12:17 PMI also added an extra 30g of butter. I made it the first time with bread flour and the dough was very dry and stiff. It was still stiff this time with all purpose so I'm wondering if the video left an ingredient out? Other than that, they do make nice pull apart buns.

Apr 5, 2013 6:01 AM@Pat - i agree, a written recipe would be nice. To answer your question, there is no ingredient after flour. She said "add the flour, *in half cup increments*". Hope that helps.
