How about quantity? I have about 8 or 10 pork chops; how long should I cook for?

Look folks, this isn't something you make every day. So, not why enjoy it. I make an oven-fried chicken, thighs with the skin on, probably 6 or 7 times a year...it is dredged in melted butter laced with garlic salt, then dredged in plain bread crumbs and baked. Everything in moderation. I will try this, as my hubby loves pork chops.
