Feb 4, 2013 8:10 PMthis looks sooooooo good! I am going to have to give it a try. I may take into account some of the suggestions, such as letting the garlic and oil sit longer before coating the chicken and trying Panko. I find that sometimes when cooking chicken, if you miss trimming some fat, it leaves more moisture in the pan which makes bread crumbs somewhat soggy. Can't wait to try this with the suggestions!
