I remember my mother making this, this goes back so far we didn't have crockpots so she made this in a large china bowl in the oven and it was topped with a Bisquick dough, soooo good, leftovers,(if there were any) you could ladle over mashed potatoes the next day. Aaahhh the good Ol' days

I am an over-the -road truck driver and have been making this for years on my truck.You can also add broccoli and sprinkle the finished product with some grated cheese---yu,yum!

This turned out really good and so easy. I didn't have cream of chicken so used mushroom but did not taste the mushroom flavor. Added just enough biscuits for the mill and can reheat and more so they are fresh and don't get mushy. My lucky son loved it.
