May 12, 2013 10:34 PM'Tho I'm an avid reader, I love to watch the videos before I try a recipe, or a method, that I'm still shaky on. For some reason, the videos enable me to feel that "Hey, I can DO that!" They're visually attractive, with a warm & homey "feel" to them, and they're sooooo calm and soothing. I need that in the kitchen: I'm not a confident cook. Yes, please...keep the videos coming. (: Thank you.
