Instead of doing it this way I made a sauce of tomato sauce , Worcester, salt pepper, and brown sugar. I followed the directions but added some of the sauce to the meat mixture . I cooked the loaf then towards the end poured some of the sauce on top of the meatloaf and cooked a little longer. It was amazing!!!

Wow really? To get the metloaf out of the pan, put a serving tray or plate on top an flip the whole thing over onto the plate. Let the meatloaf fall out of the an via gravity, you don't need to pry or shake it out. Be sure to use pot holders so you don't burn yourselves.
