Does this work equally as well for GAS ovens and ELECTRIC ovens? Having read comments at the RECIPE page, I see MOST loved the recipe, giving it a "perfect roast" review with 5-stars! Of course, there are those who gave it 1-star and hated it, saying the the meat was cold and raw. So the question is WHY the disparity... is it due to the oven being GAS vs ELECTRIC ? ~ Linda

When I turn my oven off the fan continues to blow. Will this cause it to cool off to fast.

Is this done to firsts slicing of slightly pink and to medium and rare towards the center of the beef. My family is more of medium well at the center, how would I adjust the heat temps.
